چکیده

مردان متاهل از گروه‌های اصلی شاغلین بازار کار بوده و از این رو، مطالعات رفتار کار بازاری آنان از جمله اولویت‌های مورد نیاز جهت سیاست‌گذاری بازار کار است. مقاله حاضر در تلاش جهت شناسایی متغیرهای موثر بر ساعات کار بازاری مردان متاهل دارای همسران شاغل، مبتنی بر ادبیات الگوی جمعی (CM) عرضه کار خانوار است. اطلاعات پژوهش براساس داده‌های خرد و مقطعی کشور ایران در سال 1397 و نمونه آماری شامل 724 نفر از مردان ساکن در مناطق شهری و روستایی کشور است. برآورد الگو با استفاده از روش گشتاورهای تعمیم یافته (GMM) انجام شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد تابع عرضه کار بازاری مردان متاهل در نمونه مطالعه شده شکل استاندارد دارد (غلبه اثر جانشینی بر درآمدی)، اما رابطه مثبت دستمزد- ساعت کار، کاهنده است. همچنین مردان متاهل  دارای سطح تحصیلات بالاتر از  همسران، زمان بیشتری را صرف فراغت- زندگی می‌کنند.  به طور خلاصه در خانوارهای مطالعه شده، ساعات کار مردان متاهل با افزایش سن کاهش یافته و شهرنشینی، تحصیلکردگی و نیز تعداد فرزندان بیشتر، حضور مردان متاهل را در بازار کار طولانی‌تر می‌کند.
