چکیده
دراین مقاله نرخ تنزیل اجتماعی برای ایران محاسبه شده که در ارزیابی اقتصادی و تحلیل فایده- هزینـه پروژه های سرمایه گذاری نظیر طرحهایی که مقاصد بهبود زندگی مردم را بررسی می‌کنند،مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. اجزای این نرخ طبق فرمول رمزی شامل نرخ رشد مصرف واقعی سرانه، کشش مطلوبیت نهایی مصرف و نرخ تنزیل مبتنی بر مرگ و میر است. بر اساس آمار سری زمانی واقعی 1386-1353 (سی و یک سال) نرخ تنزیل 2/7% برآورد شده است. با توجه به منطق بکار گرفته شده و مقایسه آن با کشورهای دیگر، این نرخ معقول بنظر می‌رسد و می‌تواند در عمل نیز بکار گرفته شود.
