چکیده
در این پژوهش، شوکهای بازار کار ایران با استفاده از دادههای فصلی سالهای ۱۳۸۸ تا ۱۴۰۱ و با روش محدودیت علامتی بیزین در قالب یک مدل SVAR به شوکهای عرضه و تقاضا بررسی شده است. همچنین اثر سیاستهای پولی بر هر کدام از شوکها در کل اقتصاد و بخشهای مختلف آن به تفکیک صنعت، خدمات و کشاورزی تخمین زده شده است. علاوه بر این، از متغیر نرخ ارز حقیقی به عنوان متغیر کنترلی استفاده شده است. نتایج حاکی از اثرات متفاوت شوکهای سیاستهای پولی در هر دو سمت عرضه و تقاضا است. افزایش عرضه پول در بخش صنعت بر تقاضای نیروی کار اثر مثبت داشته و در بخش کشاورزی دارای اثر منفی است. نتایج همچنین حاکی از اثرگذاری بیشتر مسیر کاهش نرخ بهره بر افزایش اشتغال در بنگاههای صنعتی در مقایسه با سایر بخشها است. در مقابل، اثر تورمی در بخش کشاورزی در سمت تقاضای نیروی کار غالب است. در سمت عرضه نیروی کار نیز تاثیر منفی شوک پولی در بخش کشاورزی بر خلاف سایر بخشها مشاهده شد که ناشی از پایین بودن دستمزدها در این بخش است. این امر حاکی از عدم انگیزه افراد به افزایش ساعت کاری و تمایل آنها به تغییر شغل در صورت وقوع یک شوک تورمی است.
