چکیده

هدف این مقاله، بررسی و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر انتشار تجارت الکترونیکی در ایران با تحلیل بین استانی است که در قالب مدل رگرسیون داده‌های تلفیقی در دوره زمانی 1392 تا 1395 و در 30 استان کشور انجام شده است. نتایج نشان داد حدود 5 درصد تولید ناخالص داخلی ایران را مبادلات تجارت الکترونیکی تشکیل می‌دهد. مهم‌ترین عوامل در انتشار تجارت الکترونیکی عبارتند از: کسب‌وکارهای الکترونیکی، ضریب نفوذ تلفن ثابت، ضریب نفوذ تلفن همراه و پهنای باند اینترنت. ضریب متغیرهای تعداد کسب‌وکارهای الکترونیکی، ضریب نفوذ تلفن ثابت، ضریب نفوذ تلفن همراه و ضریب نفوذ اینترنت به ترتیب برابر با 045/0، 022/0، 009/0 و 006/0 بوده و از نظر آماری معنادار هستند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که ضریب نفوذ اینترنت به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین ابزار دسترسی به اینترنت، بیشترین تاثیر را در انتشار تجارت الکترونیکی دارد؛ به این معنا که با افزایش ضریب نفوذ اینترنت در استان‌های کشور، می‌توان شکاف میان تجارت الکترونیکی در استان‌ها را کاهش داد. همچنین تعداد کسب‌وکارهای الکترونیکی نقش محوری بر گسترش شبکه تجارت الکترونیکی در ایران دارد. در این میان ضریب نفوذ تلفن همراه و تلفن ثابت نیز از پیشران‌های تجارت الکترونیکی در ایران محسوب می‌شوند.
