چکیده

هدف اصلی پژوهش، بررسی اثر رفتار «کمک» بر «چرخش انگیزه‌های فردی» است. در این راستا برای اندازه‌گیری متغیر «چرخش انگیزه‌های فردی» یک بازی پویای با اطلاعات کامل در محیط آزمایشگاهی برگزار شد. نمونه این بازی شامل 186 دانشجو از دانشگاه‌های یزد، میبد و مهریز بودند که به 62 تیم سه نفره تقسیم شدند.  همچنین برای سنجش متغیر «کمک»، پس از بازی از بازیکنان خواسته شد به صورت داوطلبانه و مخفی، درآمد حاصل از بازی را در یک امر خیر خرج کنند. در این چارچوب، بازیکنان می‌توانستند قسمتی از درآمد حاصل از بازی را یا برای «درمان کودکان سرطانی» و یا «پیشبرد تحقیق» اعطا کند. نتایج نشان داد که تیم‌های که دارای بازیکنانی با سطح مشارکت بیشتر داوطلبانه باشند، چرخش انگیزه‌های کمتری در میان اعضای آن تیم مشاهده خواهد شد.
