چکیده

طی دهه گذشته، حجم مخارج مصرفی فاوا میان خانوارها و همچنین نسبت آن در مقایسه با مجموع هزینه‌ها، افزایش قابل ملاحظه‌ای داشته است. با این­حال، تاثیر این روند، بر تمامی خانوارها یکسان نیست. این پژوهش براساس ریزداده‌های بودجه خانوار و روش دو مرحله‌ای هکمن به تحلیل عوامل اقتصادی- اجتماعی موثر بر مخارج مصرفی فاوا و میزان چنین مخارجی در چهار گروه (کالای اطلاعاتی، خدمات اطلاعاتی، کالای ارتباطی، خدمات ارتباطی) خانوارهای شهری ایران در سال 1398 می‌پردازد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که درآمد سرانه، تحصیلات، سن، بُعد خانوار، مرد و متاهل بودن سرپرست خانوار اثر مثبت و معناداری بر احتمال مصرف فاوا در خانوار دارد. رابطه درجه ‌دوم منفی بین سن سرپرست خانوار و احتمال هزینه‌کرد خانوار روی فاوا و نیز مقدار هزینه ‌شده برقرار است. علاوه بر این، صرفه‌های اقتصادی ناشی از مقیاس در مصرف فاوا مشاهده شده است. اثر افزایش در درآمد سرانه، بُعد خانوار، سال‌های تحصیل و سن سرپرست خانوار بر احتمال مصرف هر چهار گروه از اجزای فاوا، مثبت برآورد شده است. بر­ اساس نتایج، خانوارهایی که از درآمد سرانه بالاتری برخوردارند، مخارج سرانه بیشتری برای کالای اطلاعاتی و کالا و خدمات ارتباطی اختصاص می­دهند. رابطه درجه ‌دوم منفی بین سن سرپرست خانوار و احتمال هزینه‌کرد خانوار روی خدمات ارتباطی و نیز مقدار هزینه‌ شده برقرار است. خانوارهایی که سرپرست آنان از تحصیلات بالاتری برخوردار باشند، مخارج بیشتری صرف کالا و خدمات ارتباطی می‌کنند. همچنین صرفه‌های اقتصادی ناشی از مقیاس در مصرف کالای اطلاعاتی، کالا و خدمات ارتباطی وجود دارد.
