Conventional and Adjusted RAS methods can only update positive and zero cells and are not sensitive to the existing negative cells like net exports and/or net taxes in Input-Output Tables (IOTs). To solve this drawback, analysts have proposed Generalized RAS (GRAS). This method can update positive, zero and negative cells. From the application view point, this method has two limitations: First, it is more focused on numerical examples rather than real IOTs. Second, extending the GRAS to AGRAS has not been attempted yet. The above limitations will lead us to pose the following questions: is it possible to extend Generalized RAS to Adjusted Generalized RAS? And which method has more statistical errors? For this purpose, we have used the two aggregated survey based IOTs of Iran for the years 1996 and 2001. Our findings show that it is possible to extend GRAS to AGRAS. Whit respect to the measurement of statistical errors, the following results have been obtained:  first, the statistical errors of GRAS is lower than Conventional and ARAS, and the second statistical errors of AGRAS are much lower than corresponding figures in Conventional, ARAS and GRAS.}, keywords = {Input-Output Table,Conventional RAS Method,Generalized RAS Method,Adjusted Generalized RAS Method,Positive and Negative Elements}, title_fa = {ارزیابی روش‌های RAS متعارف و RAS تعمیم‌یافته در بهنگام‌سازی درایه‌های منفی و مثبت جدول داده-ستانده}, abstract_fa = {در این مقاله چهار روش RAS متعارف،RAS تعدیل شده،RAS تعمیم‌یافته و RAS تعمیم‌یافته تعدیل شده  مبنای بهنگام‌سازی ضرایب داده-ستانده قرار می‌گیرند. روش‌های RAS متعارف وRAS تعدیل شده فقط قابلیت بهنگام‌سازی درایه‌های مثبت و صفر را دارند و حساسیتی به درایه‌های منفی موجود در جدول داده-ستانده مانند خالص صادرات و یا خالص مالیات ندارند.درایه‌های مثبت به صورت مثبت بهنگام شده و درایه‌های صفر و منفی در سال مبدأ به همان صورت بدون هیچ تغییری در علامت و مقدار درایه‌ها  به سال مقصد انتقال می‌یابند. برای برون‌رفت از این نارسایی پژوهشگران روش RAS تعمیم‌یافته را پیشنهادکردن. این روش، نه تنها قادر به بهنگام‌سازی درایه‌های مثبت و صفر است، بلکه بهنگام‌سازی درایه‌های منفی را نیز امکان‌پذیرمی‌کند. به لحاظ کاربردی روش نامبرده حداقل دارای دو نارسایی است؛  اول: بیشتر معطوف به مثال‌های عددی است تا جدول واقعی و دوم: بسط آن به روش RAS تعمیم‌یافته تعدیل شده که در این مقاله معرفی می‌شود  تاکنون مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است. در این مقاله تلاش می‌شود دو نارسایی فوق را با دو سؤال محوری زیر مورد بررسی قرار دهیم.سؤال اول: آیا به لحاظ روش‌شناسی و کاربردی امکان بسط روش RAS تعمیم‌یافته به RAS تعمیم‌یافتهتعدیل شده وجود دارد؟ سؤال دوم: خطای آماری کدام روش کمتر است؟ جداول متقارن آماری بخش در بخش با فرض تکنولوژی بخش سال‌های 1375 و 1380، مبنای ارزیابی سؤال‌های فوق قرار می‌گیرند. یافته‌های مقاله نشان می‌دهند امکان بسط روش RAS تعمیم‌یافته به روش RAS تعمیم‌یافته تعدیل شده وجود دارد. همچنین خطای آماری روش RAS تعمیم‌یافته کمتر از روشهایRAS متعارف و RAS تعدیل شده است و خطای آماری در روش RAS تعمیم‌یافتهتعدیل شده به مراتب کمتر از روشهایRAS متعارف، RAS تعدیل شده و RAS تعمیم‌یافته است. }, keywords_fa = {جدول داده-ستانده,بهنگام‌سازی,روش RASمتعارف,روش RASتعمیم‌یافته,روش RASتعمیم‌یافته تعدیل شده,درایه مثبت و منفی}, url = {https://joer.atu.ac.ir/article_1268.html}, eprint = {https://joer.atu.ac.ir/article_1268_a09898d29d757a8bbea90cb4bb603ada.pdf} }
