However, studies that quantitatively analyze the interconnection between different components of competitiveness in one economy and their impact on economic growth are very limited. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to fill the gap in the literature on economic growth and study the effect of competitiveness in different stages of economic development. In this regard, using the data of 81 countries of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in three groups of resource-, efficiency- and innovation-driven countries for years 2008-2017, the relationship between national competitiveness and economic growth is examined through the econometric model of generalized method of Moments (GMM). Our results indicate that the impact of institutions, infrastructure, higher education, business complexity and innovation on economic growth is positive and significant in all three groups of countries. In addition, the impact of labor market efficiency, financial market development and macroeconomic stability has been significant only in inefficiency - and innovation-driven, and the impact of primary education and health had been meaningful only in resource-driven countries. In addition, the effect of the goods market efficiency and market size on economic growth has been significant only in innovation-driven countries and technology-readiness was significant in all but innovation-driven countries. In summary, our estimation results indicate that the impact of competitiveness components on economic growth in different countries varies according to their stage of development.}, keywords = {competitiveness,Economic Growth,Resource-Driven Countries,Efficiency-Driven Countries,Innovation-Driven Countries}, title_fa = {تاثیر رقابت‌پذیری بر رشد اقتصادی (مطالعه موردی کشورهای عضو WEF)}, abstract_fa = {  محققان زیادی بر اهمیت رقابت‌پذیری یک اقتصاد در بهبود روند رشد اقتصادی تاکید کرده‌اند؛ با این وجود، مطالعاتی که به‌صورت کمی به تحلیل ارکان مختلف رقابتپذیری در یک اقتصاد و تاثیر آن بر افزایش رشد اقتصادی پرداخته باشند، بسیار محدود است. بنابراین،، هدف مطالعه حاضر، پر کردن شکاف موجود در ادبیات رشد اقتصادی و نیز بررسی تاثیر متغیر رقابت‌پذیری بر رشد اقتصادی در مراحل مختلف توسعه‌یافتگی کشورها است. در این راستا با استفاده از داده‌های 81 کشور عضو مجمع جهانی اقتصاد در سه گروه کشورهای منبع‌محور، کارایی‌محور و نوآوری‌محور برای سال‌های 2017- 2008 و از طریق روش اقتصادسنجی گشتاورهای تعمیم‌یافته (GMM)، تاثیر ارکان رقابتپذیری ملی بر رشد اقتصادی بررسی شده است. نتایج بیانگر این است که تاثیر نهادها، زیرساخت‌ها، آموزش عالی، پیچیدگی کسب‌و‌کار و نوآوری در هر سه گروه کشورها بر روند رشد اقتصادی مثبت و معنا‌دار است. همچنین تاثیر ارکان کارایی بازار کار، توسعه بازار مالی و محیط اقتصاد کلان تنها در کشورهای کارایی‌محور و نوآوری‌محور معنادار شده است و رکن آموزش ابتدایی و بهداشت فقط در کشورهای منبع‌محور معنادار بوده است. همچنین تاثیر ارکان کارایی بازار کالا و اندازه بازار فقط در کشورهای نوآوری‌محور بر روند رشد اقتصادی معنا‌دار بوده است و در رکن آمادگی در فناوری تنها برای کشورهای نوآوری‌محور معنا‌دار نبوده است. به‌طور خلاصه نتایج ناشی از تخمین مدل بیانگر این است که تاثیر عوامل رقابت‌پذیری بر سطح رشد اقتصادی در کشورهای مختلف با توجه به میزان شاخص‌های توسعه‌یافتگی کشورها متفاوت است.}, keywords_fa = {رقابت‌پذیری,رشد اقتصادی,کشورهای منبع‌محور,کشورهای کارایی‌محور,کشورهای نوآوری‌محور}, url = {https://joer.atu.ac.ir/article_11903.html}, eprint = {https://joer.atu.ac.ir/article_11903_88cc970515201783b41f27e45a2ac9ba.pdf} }
