چکیده

نقش فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در هدایت فعالیت‌های اقتصادی و پیش بردن بهره‌وری و به طور کل تحول یک اقتصاد به اقتصاد دانش بنیان در دهه‌های اخیر مورد بحث جدی قرار گرفته است. اینترنت به عنوان یکی از شاخص‌های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در چند سال اخیر رشد چشمگیری را در ایران تجربه کرده است و تا حدودی می‌توان آن را ابزار بهبود بهره‌وری یک اقتصاد تعریف کرد. بر این اساس، مقاله حاضر به بررسی اثرات استفاده از اینترنت بر بهره‌وری نیروی کار اقتصاد ایران برای دوره زمانی 1394-1368 می‌پردازد. با استفاده از الگوی خودبازگشت با وقفه‌های توزیعی و مدل بسط‌یافته سولو، سهم اینترنت در رشد بهره‌وری نیروی کار مشخص می‌شود. یافته‌های این مقاله نشان می‌دهد اینترنت در بلندمدت باعث افزایش بهره‌وری نیروی کار می‌شود. علاوه بر این، وجود علیت دو طرفه بین اینترنت و بهره‌وری مورد تایید قرار می‌گیرد.
